3. Payment Terms

3.3 DX Auto accepts payments via approved methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other options as agreed.
3.4 All amounts quoted are inclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Vehicle Condition and Maintenance

4.1 The condition of the vehicle will be inspected and documented prior to the lease commencement.
4.2 Customers are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition during the lease period, including regular servicing as per the manufacturer’s recommendations.
4.3 Any damages or excessive wear and tear beyond normal use may result in additional charges at the end of the lease term.
4.4 DX Auto will provide technical support for the vehicle in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement.

5. Responsibilities of the Customer

5.1 The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is used in compliance with UAE laws and traffic regulations.
5.2 Any fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the lease period are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5.3 Vehicles must not be subleased, modified, or used for illegal purposes.

6. Termination of Agreement

6.1 Agreements may be terminated under the conditions specified in the lease or purchase agreement.
6.2 Early termination may involve additional charges as stated in the agreement.
6.3 Upon termination, the vehicle must be returned in the agreed-upon condition, or additional fees may apply.
6.4 DX Auto reserves the right to terminate the agreement in cases of fraud, misuse, or breach of terms.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 DX Auto is committed to safeguarding your personal information and adheres to applicable data protection regulations.
7.2 Your data will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Customer Support and Post-Transaction Assistance

9.1 Customers can contact DX Auto for support or inquiries even after the transaction is completed.
9.2 We are committed to assisting you with any concerns, whether it is days or years after the transaction.

10. Amendments to Terms

10.1 DX Auto reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2 Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or through updates on our website.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
11.2 If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with UAE laws.
